We provide a limited money-back guarantee that applies only to initial design concepts. If the first round of mockups doesn’t meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund, provided the conditions below are met.

Refund Eligibility

• The request must be made before any revisions have been requested
• The project must not yet be approved, completed, or finalized
• The request must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date
• The client must give a valid, service-related reason for the request

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Once feedback-based revisions have been requested
• After a design, mockup, or website has been approved
• Once the project is complete
• If the client does not supply the required project information
• If the client is unresponsive for more than 7 days
• For work that falls outside the original project scope
• For extra design concepts beyond what the package includes
• For third-party or add-on services — including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content writing, hosting, and domain registration
• After 15 days have passed since the purchase date
• For change-of-mind requests or reasons unrelated to the service itself
